HOW DO I SELL MY NATIVE ALLOTMENT?

Alaska Native Allotments:

I am an experienced Alaska Native Realtor, active in my village and regional corporation, and a specialist in Native Alottment Lands!

How to sell your Alaska Native Allotment:

Do you own an Alottment?  Did you inherit an Alottment?  If you must sell, your Allotment must be in "unrestricted status" with the Bureau of Indian Affairs.  To learn how to sell your Allotment, contact me at bschott@gci.net or call 632-0989.  I will take you through the selling process.

Native Allotments for Sale:

The Bureau of Indian Affiars will occasionally have Alaska Native Alottments for sale.  Contact me for more information.

Alaska Native Buyer's Programs:

Did you know Cook Inlet Housing Authority offers up to $50,000 in closing costs?  You must have 3% of your own money.  You cannot receive "gift" assistance for down payment.

Did you know Section 184 through HUD offers loan programs for Alaska Natives/American Indians and all ANCSA Shareholders/Tribal Members?  You only need 1.25% to 2.25% of your own money and you can get "gift" assistance for your down payment.

Call me to find out these and other Buyer Programs specifically for Alaska Natives / American Indians.
